In 1977, Tol Hansse released his first album.

This album, Moet Niet Zeuren, became a big success, and this song was one of the singles from the album. Tol Hansse mostly got known for his texts, which are quite funny. This song describes how a girl, who is not exactly attractive, gets married to a man who she doesn’t want. She therefore hides behind the rhododendron, where he can’t find her. The song was number 17 in the Netherlands. Enjoy
