Two members of the band Splitsing decided to record an album together in 1993.With the name Jazzpolitie (Jazzpolice) they recorded a song about the impossibility to express what they felt for someone, and how all the things you normally would say either were said much too often or didn’t fit. There was only one way: to sing lovesong (liefdesliedjes). This song made it to number 6 in the Netherlands. Enjoy
