The movie California Dreaming was released in 1979.In the movie, a man called T.T. moves to California, where he gets adapted to the beach life. The movie didn’t do very well, but the title track did. America recorded a cover of the song California Dreamin’, originally by the Mama’s & the Papa’s. The movie was based on the song, which is about someone who longs for the warmth on a cold day. The cover by America was a number 56 hit. Enjoy
