David Cassidy brought an ‘old’ song back in the charts in 1972.The original version was released by the Young Rascals in 1967. Dusty Springfield released a cover in 1970 and David Cassidy in 1972, when he was already famous for playing a role in the sitcom The Partridge Family. This song was on his second solo album. He had a number 25 hit in the US with the song, and was number 1 in the UK. Enjoy
