The band Splitsing was a Dutch band which started in 1982. In 1985 they released the single Wind en Zeilen, which is a classic for the summer. The singer asks himself the question what to do in the summer, and decides not to go abroad, but stay in Holland, where he only needs wind, sails and the Northsea to have a good time. The song was number 47 in the Netherlands. Enjoy
