FlinterFile: Carole King- So Far Away
The album Tapestry brought us several singles, including this song, which was the fourth single from the album. The song talks about a man and woman who can’t be together, but also people in general, who were becoming more disconnected. James Taylor played the acoustic guitar on the song. The song inspired quite some people, including Amy Winehouse. In 1971, it sold over 11 million times, which caused it to chart at number 14 in the US. Enjoy
