FlinterFile: Lally Stott- Jakaranda

Lally Stott, a British songwriter, probably is quite unknown. His songs weren’t very big hits, in his version. He wrote the song Chirpy Chirpy Cheep Cheep, which would be a big hit, in the version of Middle of the Road. His original recording reached only number 92 in the US. After this song, he did write several other songs for Middle of the Road. His own songs were only minor hits: Jakaranda only reached number 34 in the Netherlands. Enjoy
