FlinterFile: The Who- Anyway Anyhow Anywhere
The Who came with their second single in 1965, their first being I Can’t Explain. Pete Townshend had gotten the idea for the song while doing a soundcheck, and worked it out with Roger Daltrey. They worked with a feedback before it was usual to use it. Jimi Hendrix later became known for it, but now no-one was used to it, as the American record compagny showed: they sent the single back as they thought something was wrong with it. Eventually the song would make a number 10 hit on the English charts. Enjoy
