FlinterFile: Diana Ross- Chain Reaction
In 1985, Diana Ross released her ‘disco’ album Eaten Alive, with some songs written by the BeeGees. This song was actually not supposed to be on the album, as it was the last to be recorded. The album was finished, it just needed one more song. Chain Reaction had been there for the whole time, but because it sounded a lot like her Motown time, the Gibb-brothers did not dare to propose it. Eventually they did it, she recorded it and it became a big hit: number 66 in the US and number 1 in the UK. Enjoy
